We’re thrilled to partner with The Happiness Institute, founded by Tamara Hamilton, LCSW, to bring students weekly tips on building balance, focus, and joy.

Tamara holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Indiana University and a graduate certificate in Mind, Brain, and Teaching from Johns Hopkins University. With more than 30 years of clinical experience, she combines advanced training in Positive Psychology and Motivational Interviewing with her background in neurolearning and improv theater. This unique mix makes her a leader in executive functioning and an engaging teacher who connects with people of all ages. 

Her mission is simple: to make happiness a daily habit—on campus and beyond.
