Every Dorm Drop is timed to your student's academic calendar and ships while they're at school. We'll send tracking as soon as it's on the way.

What happens over break?

Nothing lands in an empty mailroom. We automatically pause deliveries during school breaks and resume them when your student returns.

What if they move rooms?

No problem. Just update your student's address before the next shipment, and we'll take care of the rest.

Can I cancel?

Absolutely. Manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account. We'll stop any future shipments that haven't already been processed.
